  • This is Melissa Wood Tepperberg's app, and it incorporates both movement (mostly pilates and yoga), meditation, recipes, and other wellness/healthy life stuff. I know, sometimes we can roll our eyes at the wellness industry, but this is not that! Her brand is so authentic, flexible, and compassionate.
